Your entire structure would crumble if you didn't dedicate time to your base. Problem with that is that the BASE doesn't make you money. It allows you to make money. Sometimes it's better to outsource BASE tasks so you can focus on the other B.L.O.C.S.
L - ife Life is the lifeblood of your business. This is the time set aside to doing what makes you the bucks or the thing that you started a business to do in the first place. Is your life crunching numbers as an accountant, giving speeches as a public figure, painting a house. This is what falls under the life category.
O -outsourced Outsourced tasks are the tasks that you do not do directly but support the L block. Let's say you are a Plastic Surgeon and your L block is performing nose jobs. To accomplish this you would need a few O blocks like Anesthesiologist, nurse, front desk person. Sometimes we need to add O blocks so we can squeeze in more time for the money-maker L blocks. You can not control every block if you want your business to grow!
C-lient Clients / Customers, you know those folks that pay you? You have to dedicate blocks to making them happy, keeping them loyal and getting the referral. Since you are the face of the company, you'll need a C-Block carved out for client time and a streamlined system, like autoresponders to facilitate this process.
S -ystem Systems streamline mundane, necessary, and time-consuming processes. Weather you are outsourcing part of the system to an O-BLOC or setting up online S BLOCS; like appointment scheduling, order processing and management, social media posting. Systems make everything work more efficiently.
